Your personal data is not sold and not transferred for marketing purposes, whether in Turkey or abroad. It may only be shared with authorised public institutions where legally required.
Retention
Support requests are kept for a reasonable period after closure and then deleted. Technical logs are kept for at most 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damages.
